Hello, My husband and I own a single family home in Newton. Our basement is partially below grade ... and the grade is on a slope. We had been dealing with some seeping water coming up through cracks in the floor / walls of the foundation about once a year, but this year we had 5 or 6 instances and we just need to address it. We are looking for a proposal for a permanent fix as well as advice on whether this should be done before / during / after a full basement remodel/finishing project. Thanks so much!

House built 1896, stone foundation- basement needs sump pump and water proofing. (I met Mike at a Pooshmark event in Boston a couple of years back) hope all is well!

Looking for a consult to manage water entry to our basement after heavy rain. Walls are fieldstone and OK, but water mostly comes up from cracks/holes in concrete when we get more than several inches of rain within a short period. Would like to repair basement floor in places but also maybe install interior drain or pump, but open to other suggestions.

Replace old sump pump with one with battery back up. Also current new seepage from back wall. In person evaluation may be necessary.

Looking at potentially seeing if there's anything wrong with basement. There is some flooding when it downpours substantially. Would love a walk-through and hear options or ways to assess. Thanks

We had a flood in the basement. I'd like to know what could be done to avoid another one and how much the works would cost. Thank you.

Our basement flooded over the weekend. This happened once before just after we bought the house last fall, but we were hoping downspout adjustment fixed the problem. Obviously it didn't, and this was much worse. We need a permanent solution. Please let us know if you can help!

Hi - We moved into a new home where I believe your company has installed the sump pump. The outlet of the pump is pushing water either back in our foundation or towards our neighbor. Can you please help us figure out a better solution? With thunderstorms and rain for past few days, we have puddles and water is seeping into garage and basement. Feel free to call us at 765-413-3931 for any questions.
