We received an estimate from you a few years back but never went ahead with the project, as it required a little construction first. We'll have that done this fall so would like to proceed with having our basement waterproofed. Is the estimate we received a few years ago still good?

Hi, I have a few issues with my basement that need to be addressed. Stone foundation needs to be repointed. there is a crawlspace with some crumbling stucco. There is some water that comes in during heavy rainfall.
