Hi, I live in Framingham and Value Dry installed a full perimeter drainage system and two sump pumps with battery back up in my basement July 2010. I typically have them come out to the house every year or so to perform maintenance. I called Value Dry yesterday to schedule maintenance and found out they are no longer in business. Following the rain storms on 11/9 and 11/13, we found several puddles of water on the basement floor. We do have a working sump pump but the puddles still exist. We also have seen cracks on the basement floor that allow water to come up from underneath. We're seeking assistance to best address the possibility of water entering the basement during rain storms.

I currently have a sump pump (about 5 years old) which cycles frequently. Also looking for a battery backup. Sump space is tight and adjacent to the oil storage tank.
