From the first appointment to completion I felt I truly understood how the install was to be done and how my sump pump would work. Micah Andras explained everything in a way that made sense. Out of 4 other professional's I met with, he was the only one who seemed to have a full grasp of my problem.

During the storm we had in late august/early september that brought 5 inches or so of rain, my basement foundation leaked in three different spots. Although the amount of water that came in was minimal, i would like to see if I can get an estimate to have it fixed.

Requested for a Remote Estimate I need a bulkhead dug and installed on my ranch versus an egress window dug and installed. The house is your basic little 1970s ranch (house noted above, I am purchasing this month). I am curious what a ballpark price for bulkhead versus egress window is.
