Hello! We would love your help! We live in the downstairs unit of a newly renovated 2-family home with a finished basement. The basement is carpeted and water came up through the rug on the floor during the past two storms. Since our 1 year old sleeps downstairs we'd love your opinion and help with waterproofing. Best, Brett

I have a 1950s home with built on the side of a rocky hill. The garage is below the living space of the home. The garage gets a lot of moisture seeping in through the ground and particularly over the humid summer months becomes moist and moldy. I would like to have someone look at this space and discuss options for how to make it more dry and usable.

We've got standing water in parts of our basement thanks to the rain. We'd like to take care of this for the future.

Looking to have my Finished basement evaluated to determine what might be needed to achieve the living environment we want. Brief Situation notes: * Mold discovered in finished basement living space (3 of us live there), had it remediated. * Not sure the situation behind the wall is one we want or should leave as is (fieldstone foundation exposed at bottom inside wall, moisture/dampness exists - 1 ft x 13 foot strip of wall ripped out so you can see inside the wall.) * We want to understand what can be done to provide piece of mind and reasonably prevent mold and moisture in this environment. Thank you
