Customer has leaks coming in several areas of the basement where the basement floor meets the wall.
We installed a level 3 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain system with a small strip of vapor barrier at the base of the wall. We also installed a FastSump combo dual 1/3hp pump system and a battery backup with a high water alarm.
