Customer was getting leaks around the perimeter of the basement every time is rained heavy. She had a existing pump that wasn’t keeping up with the water.
We Installed a Custom Level 1 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system and vapor barrier on the wall. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with a single 1/3hp FastSump pump and a high water alarm.
