Customer has water coiming up from basement floor when it rains. There is a outside drainage system in place but it is not doing the job.
Foundation was built with a high footing so we had to wrap the footing with a dimipled membrane prior to reconcreting the trenches back over.
We provided the customer with a Level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with full wall ThermalShield vapor barrier and a FastSump Combo primary/batterybackup pumping system.
