Customer got floooded during the winter storms. Water came up from where the wall meets the floor.
We Installed a Level 4 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain (french drain ) drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed a dual chambered GrateSump liner with 2 1/3hp FastSump pumps and a Battery backup system.
