Customer had two areas in the basement that leaked when the wall and the floor meet.
We installed a Level 6 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed a FastSump combo system. This included 2 1/3hp FastSump pumps with a 12volt battery backup system and a high water alarm. To keep the humidity down we installed a WiseAire 90 dehumidifier. There was also a 3 year maintenance plan included with this system.
