Please note; just because something grows on the tree, it does not mean that you can eat it. Consult with a Physician first.
Plant nutrients rebuild cells in your body. It is important to know about plants because there are some herbs you can not have very often. Note: Important to know that the fresher the herbs are the better effect you will have. (More enzymes and live nutrients)
Nature has many remedies to some of our chronic diseases and ailments we deal with everyday. In the Caribbean they call this "Bush Medicine" Here are some examples;
Mango leaves can be used to make a nice natural tea, which can make you feel calm, and it helps with insomnia. Mango leaves are also good for the kidneys. Mango Tea in stores is different because it is flavored by the fruit. You need the actual mango leaves to make this tea. You can find these online.
Coconut oil is typically known for helping with dead or dry hair, but many do not know that it helps the brain ward off dementia by replacing fats in your brain. It also helps reduce the bacteria in your mouth and in your teeth. Its one of the healthiest things you can do for your teeth.
The Graviola Tree is an evergreen tree that produces a yellowish to greenish fruit the size of a pineapple. Graviola serves as remedies for a wide rand of ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, coughs, flu virus and symptoms of asthma.
Studies which indicate the chemical compounds such as the acetogenins within Graviola, perform anti-cancerous, anti-tumorous, and anti-viral qualities. They are effective against cancer cells, but aren't harmful to healthy cells.
Calabash tree is grown in many tropical and temperate regions around the world including St Thomas. It is rich in thiamin, vitamin C, zinc, iron and magnesium thus helping reduce the asthma and improving overall health.
Noni is a small flowering shrub that produces a yellow and is native to the Pacific Islands, Asia, Australia South America, and the Caribbean. Noni may alleviate the symptoms of arthritis. Noni has pain-relieving qualities. Noni has also been shown to contain scopoletin, which has anti-inflammatory and histamine-inhibiting effects, both of which are excellent for the promotion of smooth joint movement.
