I hope everything is well with you. I just wanted to send along a note to thank you for the work you did in our cellar last year. The recent rainfalls stressed the systems you put in but they did the job. Not a drop of water was in our cellar and yet some of our neighbors are still pumping out water. We never knew if the systems would work because the pumps have never had to turn on (I think the trenches you made were enough to keep water out of the cellar) but I can attest the pumps do work and were working every 3-4 minutes!

"I bring to your attention the experience that i have had, over the past several months, with persons employed by your firm.

Having a wet basement, at my second home, in Mashpee, MA for a number of years; along with trying many different attempts at trying to fix the problem, without any success, a friend suggested that a call be made both to your office and that of your local competitor.

I proceeded to do just that after conducting some research, on your business, as well as on the other firm. This subsequently resulted in visits to my home, on several different occasions, by your Pat Robertson and the marketing representattive from firm X.

Pat was on time for each visit, very neat in appearance, cordial, personable, listened well, a problem solver, firm grip on product knowledge and knew when to close the contract.

Following a similar number of meetings with the repfesentative from the other company, my wife and I gave the work to Pat.

After signing through Pat for the work to be done, my next internal contact was with Tina. Tina, sight unseen, the voice of the office. A fine, pleasant, professional manner.

Tina referred me to Michael Griggs for extablishing a start date. Michael and I talked. Through no fault of his, we had to change the date two or three different times. A decided plasure working through Michael. Flexible, reasonable, accommodating.

Come Wednesday, August 28^th, Al Raposa, Crew Chief, Hector and Michelle arrived for the two-day assignment. Arrival time was consistent with what Michael had earlier given to me.

The men were competent, complimented each other, and put in a no nonsense full workday. The following day, John replaced Michelle and he fit right in.

I have experienced three down pours since job completion. For the first time in a number of years, the basement is dry and without an odor. A great relief.

The aforementioned persons, in this day and age, are a real asset to Pioneer Basement and Waterproofing. In my judgement you are fortunate to have them.
