MY Own Basement Project *sigh*

So things are well. However, with the massive amounts of damage to the ceiling over the past year, there's some serious work to do in the basement.
This is the current floor plan:

Problems:
*no circulation happening in the well pump room (top right corner) or the furnace room (behind the chimney)
*new ceiling needed (drop would be best)
*garage needs updating and ceiling redone as well.
*Garage door needs to be replaced, heat loss.
*Wash room needs circulation and moisture control.
*Whole basement weeps and needs moisture control.
As luck might have it, the only floor cracks that are present are the ones at the lip of the garage, most likely caused by some minor heaving.

^^ is where I have my before and after photos of some of the work that I'm going to be doing down there. Don't mind all the stuff.
I'm now very aware of all the stress that's involved in major home improvement projects (seeing as we just finished the siding and there's issues with the contractor *ugh!*) and how daunting it can be if you try to tackle everything all at once.
The key to getting through any project is to go 1 step at a time. If you get ahead of yourself you can feel overwhelmed, and if you go to slow or don't move on a project that needs to get done you'll end up living with the issue until you act.
Funny thing: I'm actually planning on using Home Basement Finishing for my own project:-)
So you'll be getting first hand reviews of what's going on through out the design process.
