Hi Steve,
I have a serious humidity problem in my 4 year old home. I do not plan on finishing my basement, but was wondering if it makes sense to use one of these waterproofing paints, prior to purchasing/installing a Sanidry system.

I would like to put my shop tools down there, instead of my garage.

Thanks,

Bob

While sealing your basement walls with a waterproofing paint is a part of the solution, installing a SaniDry Basement Air System is a must for a high humidity problem. High humidity is caused by warm and cool air meeting in the basement.

To solve a condensation problem, you must either remove the mositure from the air - or insulate your cool basement walls from the warm air. I would recommend installing a SaniDry and if you don't absolutely love it I will pick it up and give you your money back.

To date I have not heard of one customer who hasn't loved the way their basement feels and smells after a SaniDry is installed.

Try it you won't be sorry.
