Water under door

I recently have water coming in under the door and over the door. I believe I have a shallow exterior drain that is clogged or something because the water is just pooling in front of my door, and not draining like it used to. In ten years of living at this residence I never had water in the basement except for the untimely water tank incident but that is another matter.
What should I do to remedy this matter?

First I would recommend that you have one of our Certified Waterproofing Professionals look at the existing drain and also your particular situation and he will give you a free written estimate.

Second, I also can help by installing a Flood Ring and a Water Watch Alarm around the hot water tank so that you will know if your tank leaks before you flood. Ask our Rep about the Flood Ring when he looks at your other problem.
