Hello,
I have a 5 year old house with a concrete foundation and I have rainwater leaking (not sewage) into the basement every time is rains heavily. The water just falls off the roof in sheets and then runs down the soil to my foundation and comes into the basement through the bottom of a plastic sewage pipe that leaves the house through the basement foundation.
After talking with a few contractors, I tried a couple of different cement based caulking products to patch up the leak from the inside but the water eventually came though on both occasions.
What would you recommend that I do in order to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance.
