I am to build a new house with a full foundation in NH starting Spring 2004.
I am acting as my own contractor and will hire subs & supervise the entire process.
What do you recommend that I do to specify elements of construction for my new foundation ie; textbook plans / instructions/ specifications and so on to guarantee that it be done correctly.
Note, the land is primarily sandy with good drainage.
