Water in basement

I looked at a house that had some water in the basement. Water is getting in throught the bulkhead and it looks like from the seams on the front of the foundation. Do you know if there is a way to fix this and approx. how much it would cost to fix? (I know this would be a very rough estimate as you would not have seen the place but I'm trying to find out if it's worth buying the house or just forgetting it) Would you have to dig around the outside of the foundation and fix it that way or is there a way to fix it from the inside?

Hard to say what a cost of repair would be without looking at it. It would most likely be able to be repaired from the insisde. Call our office to schedule an estimate. Thanks SteveA
