We get water in the basement of our two year old addition through a spot where a rock is protruding through the wall. The tip of the rock is maybe 1/2" wide and extends maybe 1/4" through the wall into the room. It is about a foot above the floor near one of the corners. Unfortunately the rock is part of ledge. The cement wall was poured around the tip of this ledge. There are french drains around the foundation and we don't get water anywhere else. In this spot the water is running down the rock and seeping into the basement. Since this is such a small protrusion, is there a way to fix this leak from the inside without having to dig and drill out the ledge?

I would imagine that a Wall System like CleanSpace could be fastened to the wall and tucked into the existing drainage system. This would allow the water to channel into the drains below the floor. I believe this is the most cost effective method of repair. You may want our Certified Waterproofing Professional to look at the problem and give you a free written estimate.
