I have a foundation crack that leaks water. When I built my house 15 years ago the crack developed and builder dug down and fixed it. I don't think he got all the way to the bottom of the wall because it still leaks, but only from the 6 inches or so above the basement floor.
Is there a way to fix this without digging from the outside again?

There is a way to solve it without digging back up the outside.
Vapor barrier and a drain will capture the water and direct it to a sump which will then eject it from your basement. This happens on the inside of the basement.
This'll also help to combat any water that's building up under your floor.
Let me know if I can be of any further help.

Pioneer Basement does crack repair. If you're just looking for a fix that won't require jackhammering the floor, we can provide those too.
Only problem is would be that I would have to set you up with a proper basement inspection in order to determine the right style of crack repair for the job.
