Well, I must say, I was skeptical. Could a
Sani-Dry really dry up my basement? Get rid of the musty (and litter box) smells? Could it end the three daily trips downstairs to empty the bucket on the other thing? YES, YES, and Yes. This machine is fantastic. Some other things we have noticed too. 1. There seems to be NO pressure change in the air when going into the basement (after 2 weeks).
The entire house seems to feel the same "air" wise. 2. The upstairs is drier and cooler. 3. Normal house hold odors seem to linger less. I used a dehumidifier for 8 yrs in my 95 yr old stone foundation basement, and hated every minute of it. Less than 30 days with a Sani-Dry and we are looking to transform the dungeon to a dream room.
