Well, I must say, I was skeptical. Could a
Sani-Dry really dry up my basement? Get rid of the musty (and litter box) smells? Could it end the three daily trips downstairs to empty the bucket on the other thing? YES, YES, and Yes. This machine is fantastic. Some other things we have noticed too. 1. There seems to be NO pressure change in the air when going into the basement (after 2 weeks).
The entire house seems to feel the same "air" wise. 2. The upstairs is drier and cooler. 3. Normal house hold odors seem to linger less. I used a dehumidifier for 8 yrs in my 95 yr old stone foundation basement, and hated every minute of it. Less than 30 days with a Sani-Dry and we are looking to transform the dungeon to a dream room. Thank You!!

This is an update:
Available June 1, 2008 Pioneer Basement will be offering two models of Basement Air Systems: The Santa Fe Classic which will handle a basement up to 2500 sq ft. It not only control moisture in the basement air butit has a two stage filter system that will remove dust mites and pollutants down to 2 microns.

We now offer The Santa Fe Compact 65 which is a smaller unit that will work in crawl spaces and smaller basements. I like this model for the fact it can go down to 40 degrees and still work. It can cover between 1000 sq ft and 1800 square feet.

Remember the reason you want to buy your unit from Pioneer Basement is because we not only sell them - we service them while providing a free loaner unit if yours needs repairing.

Call our office at 1-800-649-6140 and schedule a free inspection from one of our Project Managers - he will help you make your decision as to what unit you should buy.
