Leak

I have a multi-family home in a low water level zone, my basement is stone and has a tendancy to leak during heavy water exposure (IE; 2500 gal of pool water, oops..) or the ice from previous storms melting. I purchased the house with the basement 1/2 finished and have since removed all the sheet rock, carpeting and insulation, due to mold. I still am unable to find were the water is coming in from! Any ideas and is there a chance that there is going to be someone in this area soon that could give me estimates on repair and waterproofing it?

I would recommend that you call our office (800-649-6140) to have one of our project managers look at the basement. Pioneer installed drainage systems that will help protect your basement from getting wet.

As far as where the water is coming from - it more than likely coming from void betwenn the stones.
