Floor Cracks in the floor can be sealed if they are simple shrinkage cracks caused when the concrete was drying. Floor Cracks caused by water exerting hydrostatic pressure on the basement floor from under neath the slab, this type of floor crack requires a drainage system be installed underthe slab. I would recommend sealing the basement floor cracks that are not leaking with a polyurethane caulk.
