Leaking block foundation....HELP!!!

Hi,

Glad to see someone has a message board about waterproofing. Here is my issue, hope you can help me:

My house is a block foundation and I have wet areas along the case of the walls in several areas. Mostly in the spring tiime I get some puddles. Last year I got flooded out.

I had a company in that said they could not do my basement because they needed to dig deep and it would not help my problem, they offered no solutions. Can you point me in a direction. I tried that Dry Lock paint on stuff and all I got was a painted wall.

Hi Jack,

I would like to help you, however I need more info. First what town and state are you in? Second, Do you know if the foundation has a footing under the block wall or was the floor and footing poured at the same time (monolithic) ?
