dry for the 1st time!

We installed a Pioneer System about 2 years ago. For almost 2 years, the system sat silent. After all the rain over the last week, I noticed one day Niagara Falls coming out of the side of the house near the discharge chute. I ran to the basement, heard the sump working, and the basement was bone dry. That system was operational 24 hours a day for about 5 days straight. Our city's sewer system couldn't take the amount of water, and all the catch basin covers were up off the street on top of gushing waterfalls. But through the entire week of rain, our basement was bone dry. Pioneer did a GREAT job, and the system you have really WORKS.
