OK, so I've had my system for just over a month and guess what? I have water all over my basement floor. The pump is not keeping up (I've sunk my old pump in to supplement and still the basin overflowd last night. Now I have seepage at my chimney base, where the main sewer pump goes into the ground and through a long crack in the floor. I've begun bailig to at least keep up wi the basin. Any other brilliant ideas since both my calls into the "service" (as long as its biz hours, apparently) have gone unanswered. By the way, that voicemailbox is now full.

Oh that is not very encouraging. I was just about to post a question about my wet basement. What type of system did you buy from them?

We at Pioneer Basement stand by our systems. We are sorry that our service department did not respond fast enough. With the record "flood" I can only imagine the water you would have had without the pumps. We will be happy to assist you with upgrading your sump pump(s).

The pump sounds like it is overwhelmed. Please understand that we design a system to handle normal water conditions. It sounds like you need a larger pumping capacity. Please email me directly at stevea@pioneerbasement.com I will make sure our Service Manager follows up.

The drainage system sounds like it is fine just that your pump couldn't handle the volume.
