hi, i have a split level home, every spring and sometimes when it rains a great deal, we have water seeping into the garage and by the chimney area, both on the same side of the house....we have septic (no sewer facilities available in our town), which also has had water backing up the basement toilet when the water level is high.(the leeching fields are to the side of the garage and I have had the septic checked out last year and they said that it was in great shape, but the water table was low)...i have taken out the toilet and put in a composting one, but i would like to have the garage/chimney area fixed (especially since the furnace is connected to the chimney and that floor gets wet). I don't know if there is something we can do, or if i should have a professional do the work, what is it i am looking for....thanks, i hope this makes some sense....georgie

Yes it make sense. Georgie I would recommend that this job be done once and for all. Let a professional look at it and give you a free written estimate. You can do this online by requesting an appointment, in fact if you wish you could fill out a pre-inspection form which will help our Certified Waterproofing Professional know what the history of the problem.
Or if you would like give me or Tina a call at 1-800-649-6140 and we will schedule one of our 8 Certified System Design Specialists to visit you and give a free written estimate.
Thanks SteveA
ps. Come back and visit and let me know how everything went.
