Cracked foundation

I have a crack in my foundation on the outside that does not go thru to the inside. How do I repair this crack.

Usually cracks will go thru to the inside within 2 years of a new foundation being poured. I do not know how old your foundation is, however I would say that it is a new foundation or that your crack is not the problem. Is there water coming up from the wall and floor joint?
