Just a note of thanks to Pioneer. You have waterproofed my original basement and recently a "new" basement resulting from addition.
Micah has been extremely helpful on both jobs. "Steve" and his crew came to the house on 11/23. I found the 3 man crew to be hardworking, professional, courteous, and respectful. Steve checked in with me throughout the job to let me know where things stood, progress, timeframes and to discuss options when obstacles presented themselves. Steve did not assume or make decisions for me. He checked with the homeowner and I appreciated that.
The crew knew their work and the end result was an efficient job and professional looking, neat drainage system.
Thanks Pioneer. I am looking forward to enjoying this space as living space. You have been a quality company to work with.
