I was quoted a price of $950 for your sump pump and installation. That seems twice as costly as others...why are you so expensive?

I wanted to have your system installed around perimeter of garage only. Garage is under kitchen and is source of water seepage into rest of basement. Your salesperson said no. I had to do entire perimeter of house. Why?

Our SuperSump has many patented features that others don't. For example our lid is gray instaed of black so that it blends in with the basement floor color. Also it contains a Water Watch Alarm built into the cover, that will sound if the pump ever fails. The SuperSump also has a two piece airtight lid that makes it easy to service. It also has a built in floor drain with a ball check valve that allows water to enter the basin but not allow air to come up from below. Our pump motor is made in the USA by Zoeller and is a very dependable high quality sump. It is very quiet.

Our SuperSump is the best in the industry, not to mention our service program. We will do a partial system for customers who want that, but the certified waterproofing professional does not sell it if he feels that there is a chance that it will not sovle the problem. We at Pioneer know that people call us and do business with us because we take our job seriously and do not want a bad reputation just for a little money.
