I had an addition put on the front of my house last fall. Where the new foundation meets the existing one, I can see light from the outside. It leaks quite a bit with the melting and rain. The space is only about 1/16in. Is there a hydraulic cement or similar products that is thin enough to pour into this. I know what is needed and it should be an easy fix, just need to know what to get....THANKS

Concrete will most likely just crack and re-open with the seasonal chages. You could try a contractors grade polyeurethene caulking. However, you may have some trouble getting it all the way through the crack.
You may want to have it injected with a polyeurethen resin which will fill the entire crack. There are contractors out there that specialize in this type of work.
Hope this helps,
