Hi,

I have an old house with a really old basement - cement floor and stone walls. I was thinking about finishing it but I'm not sure if this is even possible without a huge investment. I don't think I have a water seepage problem except for maybe a bit around the small windows because they are so old and may be leaking around them.

Can you give me some idea as to how extensive of a job this would be? I would like to make this useable space finished with heat etc. It's not very big but it would be great to have it finished.

Thanks.

Hello,

Any below grade space can be prepared and finished. How big is the basement?
What do you plan on doing down there? One big room or multiple rooms? If you like I can set you up with a free visit with one of my project managers and we can give you a idea of what a project like that costs.
