water in basement

Water has been seeping through cracks of basement up to 6 inches. Help !!
We have used a pump to get the water out, but it wouldn't stop.
Want to seal the cracks, should I wait until the water no longer seeps and what should I use to seal the crack ?
How do I know if there is other cracks on the floor ?
Would like to have someone come over and give us an assessment.

Continue to pump water out as you have but DO NOT SEAL FLOOR CRACKS - if you seal the floor cracks more cracks will continue to form throughout the concrete slab.

I would recommend that you call our office at 1-800-649-6140 and schedule a free written estimate from one of our Certified Waterproofing Professionals. He will most likely recommend some type of drainage system be installed. Please be patient as our 10 reps are straight out with this last storm. Let the office know this is priority.
