Basement troubles

I have water coming into my basement from two areas (1) from the seam on the bottom step of my bulhead. I have wet vacced the area several times and I can see water running under the seam on the bottom step and (2) the utility room in my basement has water coming in under a raised floor off from the bulkhead. I am wondering if the water in the utility room could be a result of the bulkhead situation as the water in the bulkhead only fills up to the level of the step and the utility room is perpendicular to the bulkhead. I have requested an appointment but I was wondering if you have any advice in the short-term to help find and alleviate the problem.

It hard to say without looking at the bulkhead but I think it is a good chance that the two leaks are related. Take pictures if you get a chance and show them to the Certified Waterproofing Professional when he gets there. Thanks for visiting pioneerbasement.com SteveA
