I have had your system installed at my cellar. How do I test that it is working? (motor pumping?)

well first do you hear any water being pumped? Then is the WaterWatch Alarm going off? You could put a hose into top of the basin (remove the electrical grommet that is around the wire by lifting it up) Then stick hose in the basin a few inches down. Run water until you hear the pump go off.
