When I bought this house the people before us built an addition, they never put a floor down (it was dirt). I put a concrete floor as well as a walkway and stairs leading into the cellar. Since then, when it rains alot or when the snow melts we get water in the cellar. When they put the concrete floor in they put a drain (a hole they dug with rocks at the bottom) but that fills up or freezes and then the water comes in. Any suggestions?
